Ashutosh Kaushik wins Bigg Boss 2

Akshay Kumar joined host Shilpa Shetty to announce that the dhaba owner from Saharanpur had won the reality show. “My victory should send a message to people in small towns, that we can make it big,” he said whilst adding that he hoped that “my victory changes my life.”

He went on to thank Rahul Mahajan for throwing his weight behind him once Mr. Mahajan had left the show. Mr Mahajan had predicted that Mr. Kaushik would go on to be crowned the winner.


So to what does Mr. Kaushik attribute his success? Well that would be his frankness and the fact that he was just himself on the show. He believes that those qualities won the hearts of the nation and will now allow him to buy his own home.

From reality to riches indeed.
