Hrithik Roshan to work with Imtiaz Ali

Imtiaz Ali , who knows the pulse of movie buffs when it comes to romantic comedies, is set to work with Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan after he finishes the post production of movie Love Aaj Kal which he is directing for Saif’s home production.

Reports have it that Eros International has signed Imtiaz to direct a film and the director has already given a script narration to Hrithik.


Hrithik is learnt to have liked the script and has verbally agreed to do the film. The actor is presently committed to only two projects – his home production Kites and a film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali .

The decision to have Imtiaz direct the film was taken by folks at Eros International after seeing the rushes of ‘Love Aaj Kal’, which is being co-produced by Eros. The movie, starring Saif and Deepika Padukone , is said to have shaped very well and Eros want to extend their association with Imtiaz by having him direct a movie for them.

Incidentally, the production house was set to work with Hrithik for an English film in the past, but the project never materialized.

Now, at last, they seem to have got Hrithik for the film by Imtiaz Ali.
