Imposter 'Aishwarya' to tweet a secret!

Ash is upset nowadays. Her friends and acquaintances have reportedly been calling and asking her what’s the big secret she’s about to share with the world on twitter.com. But the actress is clueless.

It turned out that somebody has registered on the community website under her name and has been tweeting posing as her. In fact, a media report says the imposter Aishwarya has promised to reveal a secret.


“Planning to share a secret with my Twitter friends… will update shortly,” was what the fake Ash wrote.

The remark sparked a slew of speculation. Some guessed that Ash is in the family way; others imagined that her marriage is on the rocks. But none of it is true. Because the real Aishwarya Rai has no account on Twitter, as clarified by her spokesperson.

Identity theft of famous people is not uncommon on the internet. There are many Facebook accounts bearing the name of Katrina Kaif. In fact, late last year, an imposter began sending e-mails to journalists posing as Katrina Kaif and created a lot of confusion in the press.
