Preparations are said to be underway at Priyanka Chopra’s residence in Versova for a party for the Scottish actor and ‘good friend’ Gerard Butler who is presently in India.The actress, who has been linked with Gerard ever since she first bonded with him at the after-launch party of the Atlantis resort in Dubai last year, is planning a bash for him and his friends on April 30, which is the election day in Mumbai. Butler, who played King Leonidas in Hollywood thriller ‘300’, arrived in India last week and straightaway went to meet Priyanka Chopra in Jaipur where she was shooting for director Ashutosh Gowarikar’s film What's Your Raashi with co-star Harman Baweja . 
He is reportedly here to scout for shooting locations for a film co-starring Tom Cruise. During his trip through the country he plans to travel to Agra, Haridwar, Hrishikesh and Manali. While speaking to a news daily a few days back, Gerard, who seems to be in exceptionally good mood during his India visit, said he would have loved to date Priyanka if she had no boyfriend. May be by ‘boyfriend’ he meant Shahid Kapur , who is also learnt to be invited to Priyanka’s party on April 30. Reports say other people on the guest list include Shahrukh Khan , Gauri Khan , Hrithik Roshan , Suzanne Roshan and Vishal Bharadwaj . |
