Ranbir and Imran together in a film?

Their camaraderie was unmistakable when Ranbir and Imran shared the stage as the hosts of an award function earlier this year. No wonder some of the film folks sitting in the audience must have been hit with the idea of making a flick with the duo in parallel roles. Well, reports say Zoya Akhtar of Luck By Chance is trying to do so.

Apparently, Zoya wants to film their boyish charm in her second film, which, according to sources, will be based on today’s youth like her brother’s first movie Dil Chahta Hai .


Zoya has been working on the script and has reportedly given a bit of narration to Ranbir, who has liked the story but hasn’t yet committed to the project. On the other hand, Imran, who is a good friend of Ranbir, is learnt to have spoken to him about the film and is trying to sort out the dates.

The movie will supposedly go on the floors by the year-end and will, of course, be produced by Farhan Akhtar ’s company Excel Entertainment.

Sources add the film is about three heroes and Farhan is already a part of it (needless to say).
