Rani Mukherjee back in shape and form!

The Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi song ‘Chaltey Chaltey’ featured Rani in her new look, draped in cyan blue short dress and looking sensuous and dynamic. She reminded one of her Kuch Kuch Hota Hai days, when she exuded the exuberance of youth.

Well, the credit for Rani’s new slimmer avatar goes to her old friend Aamir Khan . The chirpy actress is a good friend of Aamir with whom she has worked in ‘Ghulam’. We learn that Aamir suggested to Rani the trainer who helped him develop his 8-pack beefcake for Ghajini .


Yes, odd though it may sound, Aamir’s personal trainer Satyajit Chaurasia has helped Rani to lose weight. It’s been reported that Rani has been working out since two months and the results are already evident.

It was never easy for a chubby lady like her to burn the extra calories. Director Karan Johar amusingly still remembers that incident when he asked Rani to lose fat before starting to shoot for ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ and the lady instead of losing weight gained few kilos.

Rani works out daily for one hour and is happy the way she is looking now. She has one movie lined up for release, which is still under production. Rani is reportedly playing a cricket freak in this movie.

Now we hope she will not disappoint her fans who swear by her mesmerizing smile.
