Salman and Shahrukh ready for another face-off

Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan are ready for another duel, but of a different kind. There won't be any verbal volleys or fisticuffs, but the two will clash at the box office.

Salman's next film Wanted Dead And Alive is set to release on July 3 and that is precisely the date when Viveck Vaswani wants to release Dulha Mil Gaya which is SRK's next. While the clash seems coincidental, there are rumours that Salman deliberately wants his movie to release alongside Shahrukh's because he wants to beat the latter at the marquee.


B-Town buzz has it that Salman is pretty peeved with SRK's claim of being the numero uno and wants to prove him wrong by drubbing him at the box office. And since Salman seems very confident of 'Wanted', he's sure the movie would easily outshine 'Dulha Mil Gaya' which has SRK only in a brief role.

In case you feel that's not a fair fight, wait till Salman's much-ambitious Veer makes it to the theatres by the end of this year. Coincidentally (again), SRK's My Name Is Khan will release around the same time, which sets the two Khans on collision course again.

Unless, of course, someone brokers a peace between them, the clash seems inevitable.
