Shahid Kapur stutters two times over!

Shahid Kapur , the chocolate boy of Jab We Met , is adopting a very different make-over for Vishal Bharadwaj ’s action comedy in which he plays a double role.

Shahid has been very choosy and dropped many projects before selecting ‘Kaminay’. In the movie, Shahid plays double role for the first time, where one character (played by Shahid) stammers while the other one lisps. He is even sporting a different look for this film, which requires him to look rugged and raw.


The movie is said to be based on an original screenplay rather than being adapted from a book like Bharadwaj’s previous films – Maqbool (MacBeth), Omkara (Othello) and Blue Umbrella (Ruskin Bond’s novella of the same title).

‘Kaminay’ is reportedly about a bunch of unscrupulous conmen. The movie has Priyanka Chopra in the lead role. Grapevine has it that Shahid and Priyanka shared a good camaraderie while shooting the film. The couple was so friendly that it fueled the rumours linking the two up.

Amol Gupte plays the role of the villain in the movie. The release date of the movie is not out yet.

Shahid Kapur is presently busy shooting for an unnamed Yashraj Films project opposite Rani Mukherjee . He is also doing a Ken Ghosh film for which he has changed his look and is flaunting long hairs.
