Shilpa Shetty perfect for Bond girl: Daniel Craig

In an interview, Daniel, who has played the agent 007 in ‘Casino Royale’ and ‘Quantum of Solace’, admitted that Shilpa has all that it takes to be a Bond girl.

“She has a killing figure, just right for a Bond girl”, said Craig. In fact, Shilpa has actually been considered for the part of the Bond girl in the past, but the deal never materialized for the reasons unknown.

Even back home in Bollywood, Shilpa is undisputedly considered the actress with the best bod. She was an obvious choice for Karan Johar when he wanted to shoot a beach-cum-item song for his film Dostana .


Shilpa came into international limelight after winning the U.K. reality show ‘Big Brother’. She started her Bollywood career with a hit movie ‘Baazigar’ and got a foothold in the industry with her performance in Dhadkan . The movies that feature her in good performances include Phir Milenge and Metro .

She is the one and only Bollywood actress with a naturally gifted mid-riff that accentuates her svelte figure.

When Daniel Craig was asked about his acquaintance with any Indian stars, he said he knows only Shilpa Shetty. Later, he added: “She is beautiful and very talented too. I think she looks great”.

Let’s see if Shilpa gets to rub her shoulders with the suave British spy in the next Bond flick.
