Teen Patti – a sneak peek

The movie, directed by Leena Yadav , stars Big B along with the Oscar-winner Sir Ben Kingsley, and a host of Indian actors like Madhavan , Boman Irani , Siddharth Kher, Mahesh Manjrekar , Raima Sen , Dhruv Ganesh, Vaibhav Talwar and Shraddha Kapoor.

Teen Patti has Ben Kingsley playing Perci Trachtenberg (Ben Kingsley), one of the greatest living mathematicians of the world. Big B plays Venkat Subramaniam, a reclusive math genius from India.


Venkat is a genius who is on the verge of cracking a theory that could redefine the principles of probability and randomness. Encouraged to test his theory in real life, Venkat trains five of his brightest protégées (Madhavan, Siddharth Kher, and newcomers Dhruv Ganesh, Vaibhav Talwar and Shraddha Kapoor) for high-stake gambling.

Meanwhile, Perci (Ben Kingsley) understands that Venkat’s new theory could have far reaching implication on mathematics and sciences. It’s a theory that questions the idea of what is fate and what is random.

A knowledge that can change the world can be dangerous in wrong hands. Soon, the experiment Venkat embarks on spirals into a deadly game beyond his control.

Teen Patti has been scripted by Shivkumar Subramaniam and Leena Yadav. The film has been shot in Pune and England.

Produced by Ambika Hinduja, the film is set for release this year.
