Wanted: Katrina Kaif in love story with gay angle?

A filmmaker who’s redefining entertainment in Hindi films, Banerjee has already proved his mettle with immensely enjoyable films like Khosla Ka Ghosla and ‘Oye Lucky’. Now, grapevine says he is planning a rom-com with a gay angle and wants to make it with some big stars of the industry.

The story will reportedly revolve around three characters, one female and two males, one of which is gay.


It is learnt that Banerjee wants to cast Abhay Deol as the gay man in the love triangle.

For the other two roles, reports say Katrina Kaif and Imran Khan are on his wishlist. Coincidentally, director Sanjay Gadhvi too wants to cast Katrina and Imran for his next movie, a thriller.

Since the project is still in infancy stage, Banerjee refuses to divulge any details, nor is he confirming the film’s cast.
