Was Shiney's maid in love with him?

This has been disclosed by a former maid of Shiney in an interview to Network 18. Though the ex-maid of the actor spoke in Hindi, here's the English translation of what she said.

"The girl (the alleged victim) told me that she had a boyfriend earlier who had gone to his village and married someone else. She then said that she had now fallen in love with Shiney Ahuja. I said, 'why are you talking like this? Does he love you too?' She said, I just love him, what do I do now?" Shiney's former maid is quoted as saying.


The former maid also said that she herself had worked for Shiney for a long time and she found him a man with a good character.

The Bollywood actor is in judicial custody on the rape charge leveled by his maid. His wife Anupam has been claiming that her husband is innocent and is being framed. However, the medical tests on the maid indicate that she was raped.
