Mollywood glam girl Mumtaz has threatened to file a case against reigning queen of Tamil films, Simran for making baseless charges against her over the suicide of Monal.
It may be mentioned that Simran's sister, Monal, committed suicide on April 14 under mysterious circumstances.
Subsequently, Simran had accused Mumtaz of destroying evidence relating to the suicide and stealing items from Monal's residence.
Denying the charges, Mumtaz asked why Simran was refusing to cooperate with police in the investigation into the Monal case.
Mumtaz asserted that such baseless allegations cannot be allowed to go unchallenged, adding that she would soon file a case against Simran.
