As ill luck would have it, Rambha reportedly had a showdown with the film’s director, Parameswaran.
As if all this was not enough, even her co-stars in the film Jyothika and Laila are learnt to have decided to turn their back on the ill-starred movie.
But the refusal of her financiers to shell out the moolah any more on a star-crossed venture has proved to be the last straw, it seems.
Bad luck has dogged the Rambha film right from the word go. The first headache for Producer Rambha came in the form of a flaming row between Jyothika and Laila over a trifle.
The film continued to tread a thorny path with Laila meeting with an accident, forcing a long delay in the shooting schedule.
