Sreekumaran The latest flash from Mollywood is that talented Malayalam actress, Meera Jasmine , will be paired with megastar Mammootty . The film, titled ‘Ore Kadal’, is based on a Bengali Novel. It will be produced by Vindhyan under the banner of Rasika Entertainments. 
This is the first time that Meera will be acting with Mammootty. Veteran Shyama Prasad will wield the megaphone for the movie. Meera has already done a film with the other Megastar of Malayalam screen, Mohanlal . The movie, the Sathyan Anthiccad-directed ‘Rasathanthram’, is a huge success. It remains to be seen whether Meera-Mammootty pair can work magic at the box office, says the grapevine. Meanwhile, Meera has snapped up another Tamil flick titled ‘Thirumagan’, which will have Surya in the male lead. It also shows that despite the occasional hiccups, the Jasmine girl is no danger of losing her toehold on Malayalam cinema. Well done, Meera.
