First it was the turn of Mammootty to wield the pen. Now, Mollywood grapevine has it that his megastar rival Mohanlal has signalled his intent to write a book. 
While Mammootty pondered over serious issues in his book, Mohanlal's book will tout the delights of Kerala cuisine. That Mohanlal is a self-confessed foodie is a known secret. The consummate actor is on record that he enjoys food as much as he does good music and acting. The chubby-faced hero will put pen to paper soon and expects to be ready with the book within a year. It will be a tour de force of Kerala's special delicacies. The book has been aptly christened, 'My Culinary Journey', and it will be published by Bangalore-based Stark World Publishing. The thrice national award winner has plans to open a hotel in Kochi, too. It will be known as 'Travancore Court' and peddle in typical Travancore dishes. An additional attraction, says the buzz, will be paintings depicting the history of Travancore.
