 A grand gala year for gorgeous Gopika!

There is no mistaking it. The year 2006 has been good for gorgeous Malayalam heroine, Gopika .
The year saw Gopika consolidating her position in Tamil cinema with a stunning success in ‘Kana Kandein’ opposite Srikanth.
Then she figured in ‘Keertichakra’ in which megastar Mohanlal played the hero.
It was a hit, too. Then she did ‘Pothen Vava’ with Mammootty , another successful venture.
Consequently, Gops started getting offers thick and fast: a couple of movies in Telugu and Tamil.
Right now, she is doing another Tamil film, titled ‘Yazhpanam’.
Her latest Malayalam flick, ‘Smart City’ opposite action hero, Suresh Gopi is also running to packed houses.
The icing on the cake as it were is another film with Mammootty titled ‘Mayavi’, says the grapevine from Mollywood.
A slew of films – all with megastars and superstars. What more can an actress ask for?
No wonder, Gopika is wearing a broad smile these days. Enjoy yourself, Gops!
