 Kavya to play Mammootty's heroine

She missed the big chance to act against Malayalam cinema's megastar Mammootty in ‘Nasrani’.
Comely Kavya Madhavan opted out of that Mammootty-starrer saying it was a wishy-washy role.
All that is past. Now, the Bindaas girl from Nileshwaram is getting a chance to play the female lead in the Mammootty film ‘Rikshakkaran’.
The film, to be directed by M. Padmakumar will go on the floors in November, says the grapevine.
Not only that, Ms. Madhavan has been signed up to act in another film featuring Mammootty in the lead role.
That film, yet to be titled, will be directed by noted serial director K. K. Rajeev, it is learnt.
In a way, it is a double delight for Kavya Madhavan!
Congrats, Kavya! You have at long last realised your wish to act opposite Mammootty.
