Is Malayalam superstar Suresh Gopi tired of playing the super cop, again?
Speculation is rife that in his forthcoming film, Suresh is playing a different character, and not the gun-toting duper cop.
The film, titled ‘Boots’, has been produced by Pyramid Saimira, according to the grapevine.
The buzz is that the flick, directed by Shaji Kailas, was completed in a record 22 days!
Tamil actor Bala is also said to be essaying a key role in the movie, which has a new heroine, Honey, besides, Murali, Rajan P. Dev, and Manianpillai Raju.
May be, Gopi, whose latest film, ‘Black Cat’ has not exactly set the box-office on fire, wants an image makeover.
The first time he tried it, he won the national award for his role in an offbeat film titled ‘Kaliattam’.
Will the effort succeed this time? Time alone can tell.
