But young Tamil actor Vijay has dared to take on the likes of Rajnikant and Kamal Haasan . While many producers have put off releasing their films to avoid clashing with the release of Rajni's "Chandramukhi" and Kamal's Mumbai Xpress , an unfazed Vijay has gone ahead with the release of his latest movie "Sachin" on April 14, the day the films of both Rajni and Kamal are scheduled to see the light of the day. 
There is no denying that Vijay's confidence is sky-high with his "Killi" breaking all recent records in collection. It is the phenomenal success of "Sachin" that has given Vijay the nerve to clash with Rajni and Kamal. Such is his confidence right now that even the lukewarm run of another film of his, "Tiruppachi" has not dented his popularity one bit. Impressed by Vijay's derring-do, a number of top Tamil producers have approached him with prestigious offers. So, even as Tamil film world is eagerly looking forward to the Rajni-Kamal clash, there are others of the view that Vijay could turn out to be the dark horse ending up the surprise winner with his "Sachin" !
