Sreekumaran The worst seems to be over for talented Malayalam actress Meera Jasmine , who was facing problems over the Tamil remake of her Malayalam top grosser, "Kasthuriman". The Tamil version had run into rough weather because of paucity of funds. And the Kollywood buzz has it that a worried Meera had to sign films left and right in a desperate effort to raise the requisite funds. 
Whatever the truth of these reports, the grapevine says that the shooting schedule of the Tamil remake of Kasthuriman is over now and accordingly Ms Jasmine is breathing easy. In the Tamil version, Meera's hero is Prasanna. Meera is also busy shooting for her other Tamil projects: Pokkisham being directed by Cheran. Then there is the film being done by Lingu Swami whose movie ‘Run’ featuring Meera and Madhavan in lead roles had a phenomenal run at the box office. The other good news is that her Telugu film ‘Bhadra’ is also doing well at the box office. All in all, the dark clouds seem to be dispersing at last for Meera. And that certainly must be a comforting thought for the hapless heroine who is going through a crisis in real life, too. Keep the chin up, Meera, good days are back again!
