Former queen bee of Kollywood Khushboo continues to dominate the newsline in the southern film world.
The former No 1 of Tamil silverscreen, who recently found herself in the eye of a storm for her remarks on premarital sex, has been signed to play a key role in Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi 's forthcoming film, ‘Stalin’.
Khushboo will act as Chiru's elder sister in the film, which is being directed by ghajini-fame AR Murugadoss. Trisha Krishnan is the heroine of the film.
She is also likely to do the main role in director Bhagyaraj's film, ‘Mayil’. Khushboo may also figure in a Malayalam movie, if the grapevine is to be believed.
The talented actress is said to have decided to focus attention on doing films in languages other than Tamil in the future.
Meanwhile, her latest Tamil film with Sathiaraj, ‘Vetrivel Shaktivel’, is said to be doing reasonably well at the box office.
