Sreekumaran   Tamil superstar Rajnikant is well and truly going places. The fame of the “Sultan of Style” is set to spread to new countries abroad. Well, the news is that the German and Turkish version of Rajni’s Chandramukhi will soon be screened in Germany, Turkey, Austria and Switzerland. Chandramukhi is the first Tamil film to be dubbed into German and Turkish. The first Indian film to be dubbed in German and Turkish is Karan Johar ’s Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham . Rajni was also encouraged by the tremendous success the dubbed version of Santosh Sivan -directed Malayalam film, ‘Ananthabhadram’ had in Germany. It was the overseas distributor of Chandramukhi who managed the feat of having it dubbed in German and Turkish. Wadhwa, according to the grapevine, sold to a Cologne-based company the dubbing rights of Chandramukhi. Rajni’s fans must be happy that their favourite actor is acquiring fame and recognition in more countries. Remember, he is already immensely popular in Japan. Congratulations, Rajni Sir!
