Sreekumaran The lean patch is over and Asin Thottungal is once again active in her reel life in Kollywood. Ever since the release of Ghajini , Asin had gone into a shell as it were as she focused on completing a slew of ad campaigns. 
That phase is over and the agreeable actress has plunged herself back into cinema with a vengeance, so to speak. She already has one film with Vijay , titled ‘Pokkiri’, in her kitty. Shooting of the film is expected to begin in the first week of July. Then Asin has Ajith as the hero in the Vishnuvardhan-directed flick, which is yet to be titled, according to the Kollywood buzz. She has also been signed for Gautham Menon's untitled film for Lakshmi Productions. Hero of the film is Surya , with whom she gave that delectable movie, ‘Ghajini’, inspiring Bollywood actor Aamir Khan to remake it in Hindi. Nice to see you back in action, Asin!
