 Namitha wants to shed her glam girl image?

Tamil cinema's glamour queen, Namitha , seems determined to turn a new leaf in her reel life.
Recently, Namy has gone on record that she wants to attempt an image makeover, focussing more on character roles.
This change of mind is more pronounced in the wake of her film, Pacha Kuthirai in which she played a deglamourised role and won critical acclaim.
The buxom Gujarati from Surat is acting in three films currently, according to the grapevine.
Namy Baby is Jeeva 's leading lady in the movie, ‘Naan Avanillai’. Then she is rubbing shoulders with SJ Suryah in ‘Vyapari’.
The icing on the cake, as it were, is the film with No 2 of Tamil cinema, Vijay , titled ‘Azhagiya Tamizh Magan’.
With her current status in the industry Nami is certainly in a position to call the shots.
So, it seems like less glamour and more quality roles for Namitha in the future!
