She is in the fadeout mode. But there is no doubt Jyothika 's last film will make waves in Kollywood.
The film titled ‘Mozhi’, directed by Radha Mohan, has young Malayalam actor Prithviraj in the male lead.
Reports say that Jo has come out with an outstanding performance as a mute girl.
So compelling is her performance that Jo could even win the best actress award for the same, according to those who attended a special show of ‘Mozhi’, which will be released next week.
Another Jyothika movie has already seen the light of the day. The flick is titled ‘Pachai Kili Muthucharam’ and directed by Gautham Menon. Sarat Kumar is her hero in the film. Jo plays a housewife who runs into a host of problems.
It is a sad thought for her countless fans that such a talented actress is calling it quits.
Or, will Jo have a change of mind? You never know. Actress Laila said she won't act after marriage. She is back.
Will Jyothika follow suit? That is the million-dollar question. The answer lies with actor Surya , whom Jo married a few months ago!
