The popular director-actor pair of Prabhu Deva and Vijay are joining hands, again, for a Tamil movie.
The first time they came together was in Pokkiri , which turned out to be a mega hit, leveraging Brand Vijay in a big way.
Now the Kollywood grapevine is abuzz that Prabhu Deva will direct 'Ilaya Dalapathy' Vijay in a Tamil film.
The buzz is that Bollywood heroine Ayesha Takia has been signed up to play Vijay's heroine in the movie.
Now that the hit pair have decided to team up again, the Vijay fans can look forward to another big hit like ‘Pokkiri’.
Vijay will start working on the film as soon as he is through with the shooting of ‘Azhagiya Tamizh Magan’ and ‘Kuruvi’. The latter film will be directed by Dharani and produced by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi's grandson Udhayanidhi.
