Kerala-born Navya Nair has gone back on her expressed ‘resolve’ not to act in Tamil films.
A combative Navya had vowed, according to the grapevine from Kollywood, to go back to home turf after her Tamil movie, ‘Mayakannadi’ flopped.
But in a quick about turn, Ms Nair has signed two more Tamil films! The first film is titled ‘Ettappan’ in which Srikanth is her hero. In the film, Navya plays a Brahmin girl who loves a rowdy.
In the second film, ‘Vallamay Tharayo’, dashing hero, Madhavan plays the male lead. The film has been directed by debutant Madhumita.
Now that two films are in her kitty, Navya seems to have got over her reservations about Kollywood.
