Koena Mitra does sizzling item downsouth

In recent times Kollywood has seen many Bollywood beauties shaking their legs in item songs. According to sources, getting Koena on board for ‘Ayan’ wasn’t easy as the actress has stopped doing item songs.

To make an exception, Koena reportedly asked a big sum from the makers of ‘Ayan. And when the producers succumbed to her demand then how could the lady say no! The bong girl is yet to shoot the song.


‘Ayan’ stars Surya and Tamanna in lead. The movie has tunes by hit music director Harris Jayaraj.

Produced by AVM and presented by Sun Pictures, the movie is directed by K.V Anand. The film has all kinds of masala, from action to comedy. It’s turning to be a great musical entertainer with five fantastic numbers in its album. The film has been shot at various exotic locales including unexplored foreign lands of Tanzania and Botswana.

It generally happens that flop actresses of Bollywood are in demand down-south. The latest addition is Hansika Motwani , who has done a saucy dance number a la Helen in recently released Billa . Then, Czech beauty Yana Gupta has always done item songs whether it’s Kollywood or Tollywood.

Though Koena has given a number of flops in her uneventful career, she is a hot favourite of many with steamy raunchy item-numbers like ‘Saki Saki’ from Musafir and ‘Nikal Le Bhaiye’ in movie Road for item songs.
