Multilingual actor Prakash Raj has been banned from the Telugu film industry as the Telugu film producers accuse him of unprofessionalism and a notorious latecomer.
Prakash Raj has been on the verge of ban from Telugu films for quite some time and at last, Telugu film industry has decided to put ban on him.
On Friday (May 30, 2008), Film Producer's Council of Andhra Pradesh has issued an advertisement stating that the council has decided to not to use his services. The council has also requested producers and directors not to include him in Telugu films.
Even before this ban, many producers who are vexed up with his attitude have stopped selecting Prakash Raj for movies.
There have been many allegations on Prakash Raj from various producers that he deliberately doesn't come to the sets and never honors the allotted call sheets.
'Recently released films like ‘Jalsa’, ‘Kanthri’ and ‘Parugu’ were the most prominent films that suffered from Prakash Raj's late coming ways' says many Telugu film producers who were fed up with the actor's attitude to his profession.
