Delhi based fashion designer Rina Dhaka recently created a stir at the Fashion Week of Americas with her oomphy and sexy designs.
For those who know Rina closely, her designs carry a shock value. The clothes that Rina designs have a right blend of sensuality and grace. Most of all, they are wearable clothes and not the ones that are just good for putting on the ramp only.
It is for her exclusive style that Rina was among the three top designers at the Lakme India Fashion Week held last month. And now the good-looking designer is back from Fashion Week of Americas in Miami where she created a stir with her imaginative designs.
The 37-year-old designer won the Designers Choice Award in Miami. She is back in Delhi with her collection and is thinking of showing it in special fashion show.
Rina has been a part of Indian fashion scene for the past fifteen years. She completed her education from Punjab University before moving to Delhi for a course in Polytechnic. She then did a training project with Intercraft and later opened her small store in Hauz Khas village. Today she is a designer to reckon with on the international fashion circuit.
