Deepika Padukone exudes elegance as the cover-girl for Filmfare's latest edition. The actress recently launched the magazine's second issue of April at Vie Lounge, Mumbai. She was eye-catchingly dressed in an off-shoulder, blue and white short dress at the event. For the cover, Deepika is seen wearing a satin dress in off-white and royal blue colour combination. What is remarkable about the dress is its long frilly ruffled neck-line. Deepika's hair is done in a classic way, like that of a female from the Victorian era. The cover page has a pale hue and is designed by Subhash. The photo shoot is done by ace advertising and fashion photographer Jatin Kampani. 
The sensuous damsel has lately been gracing the cover pages of various magazines, the latest being the April edition of 'Harper's Bazaar' and M magazine's photo shoot. Inside the Filmfare mag, Deepika reveals some facts about her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor and also clears the rumours about the Katrina Kaif and Ranbir link-up. This recent issue is also spiced up with gossips about the growing closeness between Shahid Kapur and Priyanka Chopra . At the event, while speaking to the media, she thanked everyone responsible for this graceful coverpage, and said, "I think, by far, it's one of the best covers of Filmfare." The issue will be available from April 29. The actress has some interesting projects lined up this year, like a small role in 'Pirates' to be directed by Priyadarshan with actors Shreyas Talpade , Paresh Rawal , Rajpal Yadav and Kunal Khemu . Then, she has Sajid Khan's House Full with Akshay Kumar , Arjun Rampal , Jiah Khan , Lara Dutta and Ritesh Deshmukh . Another major project is Kartik Calling Kartik where she will share screen space with none other than the talented Farhan Akhtar . And for now, Deepika is waiting for Imitiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal to release, where she has acted opposite Saif Ali Khan . |
