Freida Pinto catches many eyes at Oscars

Freida Pinto , who was an anonymous name before ‘Slumdog’ happened, yet again got nods of approval for her fashion and style statement at the 81st Annual Academy Awards.

Dressed royally in a blue John Galliano dress with a strap that ran across her shoulder, Freida Pinto topped Vogue's Ten Best Dressed list thanks to her Oscar outfit on Sunday night at Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles (Monday morning IST) .


Very recently, Freida won the Best Actress Elle Style Award. She has recently been in rumours over her alleged affair with her ‘Slumdog’ co-star Dev Patel , who insists that he and Freida are “good friends”.

Patel himself looked handsome in a black suit and the couple looked smashing as they posed together for the shutterbugs on the red carpet.

It turned out to be a big night for the ‘Slumdog team’ as the movie bagged eight Oscars including two for A R Rahman .
