Shilpa Shetty hots up Cosmopolitan

'Shilpa Shetty: Sexy, Sporty and Stylish' screams the cover of this month's Indian edition of Cosmopolitan.

Inside the magazine are spreads of Shilpa posing with Puma sportswear. She also spills a lot of beans about her fitness inside the interview.


Speaking about the secret behind her perfect sylph figure, Shilpa tells the magazine: "My secret is not really a secret - a proper diet followed by hard workout. Nutrition is not rocket science".

The actress also talks about the spa 'Iosis' she's opened with beauty expert Kiran Bawa.
