Kylie Minogue has Bollywood aspirations

It’s not the first time Kylie has gotten interested in acting. She first dabbled in the art way back in the 80s by acting in an Australian soap. But now, she’s eying an acting career again and has expressed her desire to work in a feelgood movie, probably a Bollywood one.

“I would quite like to do some comedy or rom-com roles. And I think it will be fun to do a Bollywood movie,” she told themirror.co.uk.


Apparently, Kylie’s interest in Hindi films has been sparked by the music video she recently shot for the upcoming Bollywood thriller Blue . The song, sung by her and choreographed by Farah Khan , has Kylie shaking her leg with Akshay Kumar .

However, even as the 41-year-old pop icon admits to taking acting lessons, she dreads the idea of auditioning.

“I'm taking some acting courses to brush up on my skills. They are going well, but the thought of going in front of an audition panel again scares the life out of me,” said Minogue.

We’re sure many Bollywood filmmakers would save her that trouble if she indeed decides to do a Hindi film.
