SCOOP!! & NEWS 'I've had a blast in Bollywood': Ilene17th Aug 2004 16.20 IST By Nitika Desai Working in her first Bollywood movie has become an unforgettable experience for the South-African stunner Ilene Hamman . For Ilene it has been a giant step from modeling to working in her first Bollywood film - Pooja Bhatt 's Rog . In the movie, Ilene plays an unusual role of a dead woman who is at the centre of the lives of three men - Suhel Seth , Himanshu Malik and Irfaan Khan . 
Ilene shared her experience of working in her first Bollywood movie in a small interview. "It's been one hell of an adventure ride. I have had nothing short of a blast! I got to learn a lot. Since it is my first ever film, it will remain special for the rest of my life." Ilene was also happy about the way people in Bollywood made her so comfortable: "The people have gone an extra mile to ensure that I have the best. I have been totally cared for. The production unit was warm, patient and absolutely amazing. It's been great!" Ilene added that the most difficult part of her first Bollywood venture was the Hindi language. She said that apart from the right pronunciations she had to know the meaning of every dialogue she was speaking so as to enact it in the right way. |
