In Abbas Mustan’s movie Aitraaz , Kareena Kapoor plays a woman fighting to clear her husband’s name in a case of sexual molestation. In real life, Kareena says such an eventuality won’t come, as she is very confident of her man.
In a recent interview, Kareena spoke about her film Aitraaz and her relationship with beau Shahid Kapoor .
Speaking about the movie, Kareena said that Aitraaz will change her onscreen image.
“In Fida people saw me in a slightly negative role. But in Aitraaz they will see me as a trusting wife who refuses to believe that her husband has cheated on her. Every husband would like to have a wife like her,” Kareena said.
When asked how would she react if the same thing were to happen to her in real life, Kareena breezed with assurance: “I’m very confident that my man would not cheat on me. Things are transparent between us.”
When prodded further to speak with transparency about her man, Kareena said: “Shahid and me are going great. Although we are busy with our respective projects, we are still happy to have each other. I won’t lie that I’m not insecure about our relationship, but I have trust in him. I know he loves me too much to hurt me.”
Meanwhile, Kareena is planning to take a six-month break from films shortly.
