Anoushka seems to be following the footsteps of her celebrated father, who won his third Grammy last year for his album 'Full Circle: Carnegie Hall 2000'.
A student of her father and a budding musician on the world music circuit, Anoushka has been nominated for her live performance 'Live at Carnegie Hall' by the US National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in New York City.
The announcement of Anoushka's nomination came on Tuesday night in a release from the Ravishankar Center in Delhi.
Anoushka's elder sister, Norah Jones, has also been nominated for the Awards in six different categories.
The 45th Grammy Awards will be presented in New York on February 23.
Anoushka is also set to make her acting debut in the Hollywood film titled 'Dance like a man' soon.
