Impressed by Priyanka's crooning, director makes her sing for movie

Priyanka Chopra was only supposed to play the leading lady in Subhash Ghai-produced Aitraaz. But now she has got an added assignment.
Priyanka has been asked by the director of the Aitraaz, Abbas Mastan, to sing a song for the movie.
According to reports, the idea to make Priyanka sing for the movie came when Abbas Mustan overheard the former Miss World croon a number softly and asked her to sing the song louder. To everybody's surprise, Priyanka did quite a good job and soon she was assigned the task of showing her singing skills for a number in the film.
The song is composed by Himesh Reshammiya.
Priyanka has earlier sung a song for a Tamil film Thamizan.
