Latino singing sensation Jennifer Lopez is coming to India in April.
Although J-Lo is said to have made many plans in the past to come to India for a musical concert, those plans never materialized.
And now when the singer-actress is currently touring the world to promote her latest album ‘Rebirth’, Mumbai features in her itinerary. She will cut a concert in the city on April 23.
Sheeraz Hasan, the founder of the www.hollywood.tv portal, confirmed Lopez's trip to India after speaking to the star's management.
IANS quotes Hasan as saying: “She (Lopez) is definitely performing in Mumbai this time. Like I had always said, Hollywood is looking up to India and Bollywood in a very big way.”
J-Lo’s official website too marks April 23 as the date for her live gig in Mumbai.
There is also likelihood that Lopez may also tour the country on her first visit to India. For any first timer, it is hard to resist traveling the diverse and multi-cultural India.
