Their song Yeh Hai Meri Kahani has already become a rage among music lovers in India. Now, Pakistani band ‘Strings’ is coming to rock Delhi.
As learnt, the ‘Strings’ duo Bilal Maqsood and Faisal Kapadia will perform at a rock show at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) in Delhi on April 23.
Their India tour is said to be named after the song Yeh Hai Meri Kahani from Sanjay Gupta’s movie Zinda which released early this year.
India has almost become like a second home for Bilal and Faisal. The two have performed here at many shows and even teamed up with Indian musician, Hariharan, for one album.
After their India tour, ‘Strings’ will head for a number of concerts in the US. They will perform in Houston on April 29, in Minneapolis on May 5, in Chicago on May 6, and in Washington on June 2, reports say.
