'Marigold' music premieres on radio channel

The music of Salman Khan’s much-awaited English film Marigold – An Adventure in India premiered on the radio channel Big 92.7 FM.

The movie, made by Hollywood director Willard Carroll, features Salman Khan with American actress Ali Larter .

The songs of the music album of ‘Marigold’ were premiered on BIG 92.7 FM, a radio channel with 23 stations across the country. The channel has announced its exclusive Radio partnership with BIG Music for 'Marigold'.

The music premiered on the radio channel's Breakfast show - 'the BIG Chai', with RJ Ayush Mann, the Radio Channel said.

Under the partnership, the playout of the entire music album of the movie will be exclusive to stations of the radio channel across the country, with only one song released to other radio stations.

Accordingly, songs of 'Marigold' would be played on the channel's stations across Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Baroda, Bhopal, Panaji, Jhansi, Jalandhar, Hissar, Bareily, Aligarh, Bikaner, Srinagar, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Kanpur, Rajkot and Asansol.

A special feature of the music of 'Marigold', which has Shankar Ehsan Loy as its music directors, is that its songs are in English and Hindi with lyrics by Javed Akhtar and Shari Watson.

The songs of the movie have been sung by Shaan and Shankar Mahadevan.

As part of its partnership with BIG music, BIG 92.7 FM has also lined up interviews with the cast and crew of 'Marigold'.

'Marigold - an adventure in India' is about a young American woman who comes to India and finds her life transformed by the experiences she comes across in the country.

The movie is slated for release all over the world on August 3.
