It's kinda nice but that's about it as far as I am concerned. The main selling point for me to go and watch the movie was that it was a 3D movie but frankly speaking I didn't find it to be 3 dimensional. Felt more like 2.5D . I thought the only other 3D movie I saw when I was little "Chota Chetan" was more 3 dimensional. I mean it actually felt like the ice cream was coming to your face. Ok, if you take the 3D part away, it's a well presented sci/fi movie with feelings. Unlike most other sci/fi movies with scary aliens this one actually shows that there can be aliens that have feelings and are more considerate than humans. The story of the movie is based in the future where earthlings set up base on a moon called Pandora which contains a particular element which sells super expensive on earth. There's basically 2 groups of earthlings working on this project on Pandora. The military type personnel who are there for protection of the people working on the project and to wipe out the natives in a section of Pandora which has an abundance of this super expensive element if they do not agree to relocate and a group of scientists who have these Avatars of them which are basically like their clones that look like the natives and go over to their habitat and mingle with them with the intention of providing education and doing scientific research and hopefully persuading the natives to relocate. I won't tell you what or how it happens cos you should find that out in the movie. Overall it's a pretty well made movie with some good effects. I would strongly recommend that you watch this movie on IMAX if you have that option. I didn't and maybe that's why I didn't feel so 3Dfied or conversely did feel so 3Defied.
