Video - Dabangg 2 song Dagabaaz Re - Salman Khan woos Sonakshi Sinha
Salman Khan serenades Sonakshi Sinha in the first ‘Dabangg 2’ song ‘Dagabaaz Re’. Sonakshi is piqued at something that Salman's character Chulbul Pandey has said or done, and to make up for it, he tries wooing her.
It’s a catchy melody with a groovy beat and Salman Khan does show a few of his dance moves. Eventually, his antics and raillery rub off on Sonakshi Sinha and she gives up sullying up on him and dances along.
Sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Shreya Ghoshal, the song opens with Salman Khan stopping Sonakshi Sinha in a vegetable market and begins crooning about her ‘Dagabaaz naina’. Serenading her with his typical antics, Chulbul Pandey rides a chariot and throws a garland that lands smack-dab where it should: around her neck.
The number has a very desi flavor in keeping with the setting of Dabangg 2. It’s composed by Sajid-Wajid who previously composed for Dabangg as well.
Dagabaaz Re, tore naina bade dagabaaz re…kal mile, phir humka bhool gaye aaj re, dagabaaz re.”
