Sanjay Dutt has been racing against time to complete his pending work as the day of his surrender, May 18, approaches closer.
It’s no secret that the actor has been working double shifts to make sure none incurs losses because of his impending surrender and imprisonment in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case. He’s been dedicated to producer Rahul Aggarwal’s film Policegiri like a man possessed since the last few weeks and he just pulled off an incredible feat.
Believe it or not, Sanjay Dutt wrapped up the dubbing of his portions in the film in just three hours. Arguably, it is the fastest dubbing ever by any actor in a leading role in Bollywood.
The film’s producer Rahul Aggarwal is quoted as saying by a daily, “It is humanly impossible for someone to be as good as Sanju. He completed dubbing for the entire film in just three hours. I was really touched to see that still he came the next day to ensure that everything is good to go. Hats off to Sanju.”
Sanjay Dutt has also finished his shoots and dubbing for Zanjeer remake that has him playing the part enacted by Pran in the 1973 original of the same title.
Dutt is also overseeing work on his home production titled Hasmukh Pighal Gaya. Meanwhile, his cameo in the upcoming film Ghanchakkar has been scrapped for lack of time.
