Wafer-thin Anushka Sharma told to lose weight!
Does a pencil-thin girl like Anushka Sharma need to lose weight? Well, no, she never had weighty issues! Then, why so! She has been asked to get in shape, and better toned, before she starts shooting for her film Ladies V/S Ricky Bahl.

The production house, Yashraj Films, has apparently asked her to lose those extra few kilos as there was a long break after her last two films Band Baaja Baaraat and Patiala House. And the reason why Anushka has to be in shape (was she ever out of shape!) is because while signing the film, her contract specified that she has to be of ‘certain’ weight and should have a ‘specific’ Body Mass Index.

Anushka loves to eat and during the break time her diet went for a toss. As a source tells a tabloid, “YRF has instructed her to go slow. The actress began working out with her trainer and got a toned look.”

This is not the case with just Anushka. YRF has this set of rules for their other actresses as well. Remember Kareena Kapoor’s size zero in Tashan, or Aishwarya Rai’s slender look in Dhoom 2.

In fact, Rani Mukherjee too tried to get in shape for her YRF film Dil Bole Hadippa and had to work really hard for it.
