HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Koi Mil Gaya to be released in Germany24th Oct 2005 09.05 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau The film that revived the sagging career of Hrithik Roshan - Koi Mil Gaya will be released in Germany. A prominent Mumbai newspaper reports that Koi Mil Gaya is being dubbed in German, and this goes not just for the dialogues but the songs as well. 
The report claims that the German version titled ‘Sternenkind’ (meaning Star Child) will be released all over Germany, Austria and Switzerland, around Christmas time. Previously Hrithik’s debut flick Kaho Na Pyar Hai was dubbed in Spanish and released in Spain and other Latin American countries. According to Stephen Holl (Cologne) who initiated the overseas deal for Koi Mil Gaya, “This light-eyed Asian hunk Roshan has a huge swooning female fan following amongst the German-speaking populace.” Hrithik himself is thrilled at the prospect of Jadoo being competition to Santa Claus as amusement for kids. “It’s so touching to know that Germans have fondly connected with me. Lets hope the magic of Hindi cinema creates box-office wonder with the kids and families out there this Christmas,” smiles Hrithik. Meanwhile, Rakesh Roshan clarified that his son is out of danger and they have resumed shooting of Krrish - the sequel of Koi Mil Gaya in Singapore. On 20th October, Hrithik had a miraculous escape when he fell from a 50 ft high building to the ground, but landed safely on the net, which was placed below as a precautionary measure, while shooting for the film.
