Subhash Ghai confirms signing Salman Khan 18th Nov 2005

Just two weeks ago, we apprised you of the reports that Subhash Ghai has signed Salman Khan for his next venture. The filmmaker has now confirmed it.
Talking to a news agency, Ghai said, “I have signed Salman Khan for my next film which will go on the floors in the first quarter of 2006.”
The rest of the cast and credit for the film, which is in scripting stage, are still being finalised, Ghai said.
“As of now, only Salman has been signed to play the main lead. The rest of the cast will be finalized later. I like to do one thing at a time. So, currently, I am busy writing the script of the film, which will be directed by me,” said the filmmaker, who is currently giving finishing touched to his Whistling Woods film school, which will be launched in January next year.
The Salman-starrer is among the four films launched by Ghai on his wedding anniversary last month on October 24.
The other three films are ‘Good Boy Bad Boy’, to be directed by Ashwini Chaudhry, ‘Money Money Money’, to be directed by Sangeeth Sivan, and an untitled film by Nagesh Kukunoor .
