‘Earn money the hard way…Steal It,’ goes the punchline of Cash , an action packed thriller by director Anubhav Sinha . The film has a very kaleidoscopic star cast.

Ajay Devgan as Karan/Doc

He is the ace thief and conman who has got as many perfect crimes to his credit as he has aliases. If his team knows him as Doc, his girlfriend loves him as Karan. And what he imagines to be the perfect heist will be the perfect double cross that will have Karan fighting for money, his love and even his life.

Sunil Shetty as Angad

Angad was always a criminal. There was a time when he was loyal and trustworthy. But years in jail changed that. Now he is angry, bitter and thirsting for revenge. His vendetta will annihilate anything and anyone who dares to cross his path.

Zayed Khan as Danny/DJ

DJ loves to battle the waves and challenge the seas. Once he and his buddy Lucky would have given their lives for each other, but now they hate each other to death.

Ritesh Deshmukh as Lucky

He is the happy-go-lucky guy who can race like the wind. Nobody can catch him once he is on the run. He has earned Pooja’s love and Danny’s hate, but then, that’s another story.

Esha Deol as Pooja

On the face of it, Pooja is a sexy nightclub dancer. To her gang she is the super get-away woman whose car just happens to be in the right place at the right time.

Shamita Shetty as Shania

She is smart and savvy. That’s why the government has given her the tough job of guarding a diamond. But she doesn’t know that the man she loves is the one from whom she would have to guard the diamond.

Dia Mirza as Aditi

She believes in love trust and loyalty. And she has given her heart to a master criminal. She’s the conduit who weaves the different strands of the heist. And she is the one who will do her best to save the situation when it threatens to spiral out of control.

Storyline:

The film tells the story of an ace conman who hires a bunch of robbers to carry out a perfect heist of priceless diamonds in South Africa. On the other hand is a vengeful underworld don who is hell-bent on getting his hands on the diamonds. And then there are also those who have been given the responsibility of the security of the diamonds.

What follows is a daring heist. But things go horribly wrong after that. There is a murder, double cross and treachery. Things boil to such a point that the winner will take the diamonds but the loser may have to lose his or her life.

‘Cash’ has cinematography by Ravi Wali and music by Vishal and Shekhar. The movie is set to release on July 27.
