The friendship between Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone has been revived ever since they began working together.

Even before the release of their respective films last year, Deepika and Ranbir knew each other and were even believed to have had a fling that ended in some kind of resentment.

Now, professional commitment has brought the last year’s two most promising debutants together.

Ranbir and Deepika have already shot a schedule for Yashraj Films upcoming movie, directed by Siddharth Anand, in Australia. It was during this schedule, the two became friendly again.

The friendship got thicker when they teamed up again to appear in a cola ad with Shah Rukh Khan .

And now, early this week, Deepika and Ranbir were spotted shopping together in the mall of a suburban five-star hotel.

Reportedly, Deepika wanted to buy a music system and she asked Ranbir to accompany her to the shopping plaza where they sound-checked the systems of Bang and Olufsen.

The couple looked pretty comfortable with each other and seemed to be enjoying their time.

Meanwhile, in a media report Deepika has denied that she is dating cricketer Yuvraj Singh. She says she watches cricket games to cheer the whole team and not just an individual.

Does that mean the ‘friendship’ between Deepika and Ranbir could take a new proportion? Let’s leave this question open for now.
